Our last Advancer 2025 Toolstack included a curated selection of AI tools that integrate seamlessly into your existing network set ups. As AI is constantly changing, we have updated our toolstack to include the very latest technology that would facilitates small and medium businesses to implement AI technology.
LLMs & AI Writing: The Foundation of Your AI Strategy
Our large language models have stayed much the same from the start of this year to now. Including tools like Anthropic's Claude and Google's Gemini and of course, ChatGPT. These platforms aid us with a range of tasks such as content creation (including copy and images), data-analysis and summaries and complex problem-solving tasks.
For a more specialised AI approach for your business, we recommend Manus, which is able to maintain your brand voice, business context through complex workflows.
Automations & AI Agents: Connect Your Business Processes
AI is really able to excel when it is able to be integrated with your already in place business processes. As we had in our Toolstack at the start of the year, n8n, provides automation that is able to connect your already existing business processes and applications with your AI tools all based on data.
We would also like to introduce you to Lovable, which has made AI even easier. Lovable is able to create websites and apps through typing your thought to a chatbot, talking through the entire process. This has drastically increased the speed of how apps and websites are able to be produced.
Knowledge Management & Organisation
With all of these new automations and improvements happening, it is essential that all of our business information is in the one place. We are now using Notion as our main way of communicating tasks to teams, creating content calendars. A bonus is that many great AI tools are already integrated in.
Voice and Podcast, Marketing & Design
AI implementation is more than administrative streamlining. Our latest podcast, The AI Intelligence Podcast, really highlights how much is possible with AI. Using JellyPod to make an entire podcast from AI has really shown us just how much is possible. JellyPod enables you to create (or clone) voice from AI, transform text into a script and there you are, your very own podcast. Our favourite design tool still continues to be Canva as it allows SMEs to produce professional marketing and internal materials.
Documenting & Coding
One amazing tool to expand your capabilities with AI is to use a prompt tool. Our favourite, Prompt Cowboy, allows SME’s to feed in the prompt they want in simplistic terms, then Prompt Cowboy, will provide an extensive prompt which encompasses any and every challenge, set back, idea around this prompt to truly enable seamless communication with LLMs like ChatGPT.
