Managing Director - AI & Growth
Llew is a leading digital & business innovation leader who’s led thousands of AI, digital, marketing and technology projects over the past 25 years. He has worked with clients such as Rio Tinto, Super Retail Group, Terry White Chemmart, Wrangler, Bartons, Subway, Yamaha, Sealy, Prowler Proof and Silverchef.
He is the former Founder & Managing Director of The Reload Group one of Australia’s largest independent digital marketing technology agencies with 90 staff in 4 countries, which he built, globally expanded and then sold to Hardie Grant Media in 2022.
He’s the Chairman of Sprint Ventures, an Australian Venture Capital firm investing in global AI companies and he co-foundered web design and app development agency Alfresco, which he sold in 2006 to a consortium led by the ASX listed STW Group.

Managing Director - People & Change
Ceri is a leading business advisor for HR consulting, people & culture, leadership and workforce planning projects. Ceri draws on her experience from senior leadership and executive roles in HR and organisational planning within government, SMEs and large complex organisations. She has worked with with South Bank Corporation, Efex, Alpha Pharm, Yourtown, Brisbane Economic Development Agency, Valiant Hire, Super Butcher and the Queensland Government.
Ceri is the founder and CEO of Advancer.ai, a leading AI HR Advice platform that services clients in Australia and Asia. She was a finalist in 2024 Queensland AI Awards for the Most Promising Early-Stage AI Technology, that recognised innovative early-stage AI technologies with significant potential for future impact and development.
Will Turner
Acting Head of AI Strategy & Delivery
Will blends a background in psychology, business transformation, and post-graduate qualifications in data science to help organisations unlock the real potential of AI. He has built data practices from the ground up, implemented transformational advanced analytics projects, and built tools to help teams shift from repetitive work to creative and strategic work.
Entrepreneur at heart, Will has founded businesses in property analytics, e-commerce, and machine learning—including his most recent venture, Beyond Data, an AI strategy & data consultancy where he helps organisations design and deliver AI initiatives that create lasting impact. His work has previously earnt him a nomination for the Queensland Young Achievers Award and the accolade of Amazon best-selling author in the data category, popular for demystifying how data really works for business leaders.
When he’s not experimenting with AI tools or developing new products, you’ll find him outdoors: camping, hiking, and exploring new countries.

Rees is a technologist with a focus on AI and its real-world applications. Recognising AI as the most transformative technology of our generation, Rees creates practical, human-centred solutions that empower people to work and live better by automating routine tasks.

Donika Christova
Project Delivery & Support Consultant
Donika works as Project Delivery and Support Consultant in Advancer, focusing on project management, client support, and delivery process optimisation.
With a strong background in project consulting, she brings experience in managing complex workflows, supporting clients, and streamlining internal systems to ensure smooth execution. Her work across large-scale banking and mining projects, combined with practical delivery experience, makes her a versatile and solutions driven professional.
Outside of work, Donika is an avid traveller who enjoys blending her curiosity for technology with her love of exploring new places and cultures.
Lily McCoola
Marketing & Digital Associate
Lily works in Marketing and Digital development at Advancer and is excited about the future of AI.
Currently in her third year of a dual degree in business and communications, Lily has highlighted her willingness to learn and grow through a range of opportunities showcasing her keen eye for marketing details and increasing Advancer’s awareness.
Lily shares her marketing and digital passion beyond the her degree and is the Marketing Director at her universities advertising, marketing, public relations and international business club as well as volunteering at Tedx QUT for the marketing team.
Lily has a strong passion for travel and has recently taken up team triathlons.
Andrew Fullerton
AI Consultant
Andrew is an AI Consultant at Advancer, working closely with clients to unlock the value of AI for their organisations - from defining strategy and use cases to implementation.
He has worked with major public and private organisations on a variety of technology initiatives, from AI to cloud migrations.
With a background in software engineering and commercial management, he is well versed in the challenges businesses face on their journeys to modernisation.
In his spare time Andrew is a keen runner and cyclist.
Max Kacperski
AI Automation & Business Development
Max works in AI Automation & Business Development at Advancer, helping clients turn complex, manual processes into scalable systems powered by smart agents and clean data.
Recently finishing high school, he has been accepted into the University of Queensland to study Bachelor of Human Movement and a Bachelor of Business Management. An entrepreneur at heart, Max has been building AI infrastructures and tools for himself and clients, and is excited to keep sharpening these skills as the AI landscape evolves.
A lifelong footballer who has competed at national level, Max brings a team-first mindset and high-performance habits to his work. On weekends, you’ll find him on the pitch or iterating on a new AI project.
Morgan Jury
Business Development
Morgan works in business development at Advancer and is an ambitious young professional who brings fresh perspectives and energy to his role.
Currently in his second year of university business studies, Morgan has quickly proven his value to the Advancer team through his innovative approach to business development and natural talent for building client relationships.
His ability to connect with potential clients and understand their needs is helping to expand Advancer's portfolio.
Outside of his professional and academic commitments, Morgan is involved in university business clubs and enjoys team sports especially rugby and cricket.
