Meet the Founders
Llew and Ceri Jury bring together the two sides of successful AI transformation, deep technical expertise and genuine people-first change management.
Llew is a serial entrepreneur, investor and award-winning technology leader. He founded and exited two successful businesses Reload Media (90 staff, 4 countries ) and Alfresco before founding Sprint Ventures, a VC firm with 18 portfolio companies and institutional backing.
At Advancer, Llew leads AI strategy, technical delivery and business development. He is a sought-after keynote speaker on AI, a podcast host, and a mentor to Brisbane's startup community through River City Labs.
Ceri founded Advancer in 2015 after a distinguished executive career in HR and organisational change across government, corporate and SME sectors. Originally from the UK, she brings 20+ years of people strategy, leadership development and change management expertise to every engagement.
Ceri leads Advancer's People First AI practice, ensuring AI adoption is human-led, culturally sound and built to last. She is an AHRI QLD State Conference speaker and subject of a Bond University AI in HRM case study.
