Advancer Intelligence, answered straight
Advancer Intelligence is Advancer's AI agent software factory. It is a catalogue of production-ready AI products across voice, chat, automation and outreach, activated and configured for your business rather than built from scratch. Every product has already run in a live client environment and 79 agent instances are running in production today.
A software-as-a-service chatbot gives you a login and leaves the configuration, the maintenance and the result to you. Advancer Intelligence gives you an agent product that is already working in another business, configured to your data and your rules, then run and monitored by a Brisbane team. You are buying an outcome rather than software.
Days to weeks for a product already in the catalogue, because the build and the debugging are done. Activation covers connecting your systems, loading your data and setting your rules. A genuinely new product, or one with several unusual integrations, takes longer and we will tell you that before you commit to anything.
Pricing has two parts: a one-off activation fee to configure the product to your business, and a monthly fee to run, monitor and support it. Activation costs materially less than a bespoke build because the product already exists. We quote after the walkthrough, once we know which product you need and how many systems it has to connect to. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

Every deployment includes full audit logging, role-based access control and human oversight, so you can see what an agent did, when it did it and on whose authority. Agents are built in line with the Australian Privacy Principles on enterprise-grade infrastructure. We work through your specific security requirements before anything goes live.
Yes. The Tivoli and The Princess Theatre now maintain their two voice agents with their own team, and we built them to be handed over. If you would rather own and run the agent yourself, tell us at the start and we will document and train for that from day one.
